AIOProductOS is operated by AIITDEVELOPMENT DOO Novi Sad (Novosadskog Sajma 6, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia; company reg. no. 22168495, tax ID 115512805). Questions: privacy@aioproductos.com.

• Account details you give us — your email, name, and the workspace details you provide at signup; anything you enter while using the product.
• Product data you connect — when you connect a provider (Stripe, GitHub, etc.) we ingest the records your credentials grant access to and store them on your workspace's spine.
• Privacy-first usage analytics — aggregate pageviews and product events to improve the service. We do not sell your data or run third-party advertising trackers.

• Contract — to provide the product to your workspace and to bill you (via Paddle).
• Consent — to send you product updates and onboarding emails. You can withdraw consent any time.
• Legitimate interest — to understand product usage in aggregate and keep the service secure.

Today, all hosting and storage run in the EU: the customer-facing platform is hosted on Vercel (EU edge/serverless) and Supabase (eu-central-1). A US data region is in active development and will be offered once it is live. We use vetted processors (hosting, database, email, payments). A current sub-processor list is available on request and will be published at general availability.

Workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation it remains available for export for 30 days, then is deleted. Marketing and demo enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Email privacy@aioproductos.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

We use only what's needed to operate the product (session and CSRF cookies) plus privacy-first, cookieless usage measurement on the marketing site. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Paddle may set its own checkout cookies during a purchase — see Paddle's privacy notice.
